who we are

Shaun Dustin did his first instrumentation project as a graduate student in 1996. In 2006 he founded Dustin Civil Instrumentation.  DCI has been helping people solve measurement problems ever since, from the Hong Kong-Macau Bridge to Qiddiya Saudi Arabia to the Salt Lake Temple. From simple railroad utility crossings to complex multi-million dollar risk management programs, we are here to help you get the information you need to make quality decisions.
